About me
I am a Cambridge scientist, photographer and eco-printer based in the Cambridgeshire fens. I use locally sourced plants and natural dyes to create permanent impressions of botanicals on natural fibres. I have a passion for expanding my knowledge in botanical printing and sharing my experiences with others.
Eco-printing allows me to express my love of the natural world. The dance of the dyes and tannins from the leaves, flowers, and bark creates a beautiful tapestry of colour on textiles. I am currently working on a series of guides for eco-printing. Drawing from my scientific expertise and practical experience, these books will serve as a useful resource for individuals seeking to delve into the wonderful world of botanical printing. This craft and art form has boundless possibilities, so please join me in my journey of exploration.
